Custom products - Returns and refunds
Custom products are individually made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery. By ordering a custom product, you accept this condition.
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

The manufacturing process for custom products begins after we receive your order. The design of the blank typically takes about 3 days, after which the production and processing of the product will begin.
After the manufacturing process, handling and shipping may take a few days, depending on the order volume and delivery area. We always strive to process orders as quickly and carefully as possible to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.
Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped.
